Tickets for adults ages 16 and above are $31 for Monday-Thursday and $35 for Friday-Sunday tickets for children ages 4-15 are $17 free admission for children under four. THE PLUG: The Happy-Go-Lucky Exhibit 2021 runs from June 23rd through August 22nd Extended through November 16th, 2021 with new installations. This includes limiting the space capacity through timed tickets, requiring face coverings for everyone in the space for the entire duration of their stay, providing contactless check-ins and contactless temperature checks, and implementing strict cleaning protocols. The exhibit has implemented enhanced safety measures based on the guidelines from the CDC, local health departments, and government agencies. Health & Safety: The exhibit’s top priority is the health and safety of its guests and employees. Other uniquely designed rooms are The Illusion, The Maze, Petrichor, Conch Flowers, and The Magical Forest, along with a few smaller installations scattered throughout the space. Inside the Kaleidoscope tunnel, color changes, shapes morph, and light shifts and spins. The Kaleidoscope uses 360° digital screens to create an ever-shifting field of color and lighting effects around visitors.The live audiovisual effects reflect the changing sky and light, producing an environment akin to a living sculpture. ![]() ![]() Silver Ocean is an immersive space with a giant, highly reflective shell in the midst of a projection of ocean waves around.It is perfect for individuals and groups to take memorable photos together and even has its own runway for posing in style. The Diamond Palace is a fantastic space that cleverly uses mirrors to reflect lights and colors, turning the entire room into a magnificent, seamless geometric pattern.The exhibit will feature eight themed rooms, including its all-time-favorites The Diamond Palace and Silver Ocean, and a brand new high-tech 360° full immersive installation The Kaleidoscope. ‘That’s Just Crazy Talk’ is endorsed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) as one of the most effective anti-stigma tools in Canada.A post shared by NYC Plugged □ HGL is a multimedia exhibit that aims to spread happiness, confidence, and positivity through a specially designed immersive environment combining lighting, projection, sculpture, sound design, and optical illusions to transform ordinary spaces into unique sensory experiences. This funny and achingly truthful presentation both entertains and educates, exploding stigmas and portraying the love and resilience it takes to stay together as a family in the midst of illness and the beauty that can result when we face our fears. An intimate, yet universal story exploring the judgment we face not only from others, but from ourselves and the mysteries of family secrets. It describes one woman’s journey of coming to terms with mental illness within herself and in her family, uncovering long kept secrets. Victoria Maxwell’s critically acclaimed theatrical keynote ‘ That’s Just Crazy Talk’ looks at both the light and dark side of living with bipolar disorder, anxiety and psychosis.
